A: Please confirm 3 key requirements:
Rough-in distance: Measure the distance from the center of the drain to the wall, and choose 305mm / 400mm. For foreign trade orders, special sizes such as 10" / 14" can be customized.
Water pressure: For instant-heating toilets, water pressure ≥ 0.15MPa is recommended. A booster pump can be installed if pressure is insufficient.
Power supply: A grounded 3-hole socket must be reserved near the toilet (≥40cm above floor, moisture-proof preferred). The export version supports wide voltage 110V–240V.
Q2: Is installation complicated? Can I install it myself?
A: Self-installation is not recommended. Before installation, the drain outlet must be cleaned and the flange properly sealed. Improper operation may cause water leakage or odor backflow. ① Check if the power is properly connected.
② Make sure the heating function is turned on and the temperature is set to a suitable level.
③ Turn off the power for 10 seconds and restart to reset the system. If the problem continues, contact after-sales service to inspect the heating module.
Q4: No water flow or weak water flow when washing?
A:
① Check if the angle valve is fully open.
② Close the valve, remove the inlet filter, and clean limescale.
③ Activate nozzle self-cleaning, or gently wipe the nozzle outlet with a soft brush. Do not use sharp objects to avoid damage.
Q5: Automatic lid or foot sensor flush not working?
A:
① Check if the sensor area is blocked by dirt or debris; keep it clean.
② Restart the power to reset the sensor module.
③ For remote-controlled versions, check the remote battery or re-pair the remote.
Q6: Can it flush during a power outage?
A: Yes, it supports emergency manual flushing via the mechanical knob or emergency pull rope. You can use it normally even without power.

① Check if the flange seal is loose, causing sewer gas backflow.
② Clean the ceramic glaze and drain pipe regularly to remove urine scale and residue.
③ If equipped with a deodorizer, keep it turned on and replace the activated carbon filter periodically.
