Q1: Will this toilet fit my bathroom?
A: Please confirm two key points first:
① Rough-in distance: Measure the distance from the center of the drain outlet to the wall, and choose either 300mm or 400mm to avoid gaps between the toilet and the wall.
② Space: Reserve at least 60cm in front of the toilet and 20cm on both sides for comfortable use and operation.
Q2: What should I note during installation?
A: ① Clean the drain outlet before installation to ensure no blockage.
② Install the wax ring evenly and make it fit tightly with the drain to prevent water leakage and odor.
③ Let the sealant cure for 24 hours after installation before using or testing water.
💡 Usage & Performance
Q3: What if the flush is weak and cannot clean thoroughly?
A: ① Check if the water level in the tank reaches the marked standard line.
② Make sure the inlet angle valve is fully open and the water pressure is normal.
③ For long-used toilets, clean the glazed surface or remove blockages in the drain with a toilet brush.
Q4: How to fix odors after flushing?
A: ① Check if the wax ring is poorly sealed, causing sewer odor backflow.
② Check if the water seal level is too low; adjust the tank water level or add water to increase it.
③ Clean the toilet interior and drain regularly to remove urine scale and residue.
Q5: Why is the seat loose or cannot close properly?
A: Looseness is usually caused by loose mounting screws; simply tighten the fixing screws under the seat. If it cannot close fully, check for debris between the seat and the toilet, or adjust the installation position.
🧼 Cleaning & Maintenance
Q6: How to clean and maintain the toilet? Can I use toilet cleaner?
A: ① Ceramic body: Wipe with neutral detergent and a soft cloth/brush. Avoid strong acid or alkali cleaners and steel wool to prevent glaze damage.
② Toilet seat: Wipe with a damp soft cloth only. Do not soak it in alcohol or disinfectant to avoid plastic aging.
③ Regularly check the flush mechanism in the tank to avoid limescale blocking the inlet valve.
Q7: How to remove yellow stains on the ceramic glaze?
A: Soak the yellow area with white vinegar or citric acid solution for 10–15 minutes, then gently scrub with a soft brush to remove limescale and stains. Flush promptly after daily use to reduce yellowing.

Q8: Can the flush mechanism be replaced separately?
A: Yes. This toilet uses universal WDI flush parts, which are widely available and easy to replace. There is no need to replace the whole toilet, reducing maintenance costs.
Q9: How long is the product warranty?
A: The ceramic body has a 5-year warranty. Flush mechanisms, seat covers and other accessories have a 1-year warranty. For non-artificial damage, we provide repair or replacement service.
